We're Numinous.
We Build Brand Systems
for B2B Companies.
Who We Are / How We Work
We're not here to follow trends. We're here to build brand systems that last. Numinous is a boutique brand identity studio specializing in comprehensive brand systems for B2B companies. We use systems-first thinking to create identities built for scale, not just for launch.
We work with B2B companies across professional services, financial services, and technology ready to invest in comprehensive brand identity. Our approach is intentionally lean: strategy and creative direction led by our founders, with a trusted network of specialists for execution. This keeps us flexible, focused, and able to scale with each project's needs.
Geovanie Radcliffe
Founder
We believe in doing fewer things, better. That means no fluff, no filler. Just thoughtful, functional aesthetics built to resonate across every touchpoint. Whether we're building from scratch or redefining what already exists, our goal stays the same: make brands more human, more clear, and more impactful.
We don't just design. We clarify. We don't just launch. We build alignment. And we don't just deliver assets. We create systems that scale.
Geo founded Numinous in 2019 after watching too many agencies treat brand identity like decoration instead of infrastructure. Full-time since 2024, we've built comprehensive brand systems for B2B companies across tech, professional services, and SaaS.
How We Build
Brand Systems.
01
Discovery & Strategy
We start with conversation, not questionnaires.

What are you building? Who are you building it for? What makes you different? What's working in your current brand (if you have one)? What's not? This phase is about understanding your business deeply enough to build a brand system that actually fits.

We define your positioning, map your brand architecture, and establish the foundation before we design anything.
02
Visual Direction
Before we build the full system, we explore.

Moodboards, visual references, typographic directions. This is where we align on aesthetic territory without committing to final design. You'll see where we're headed visually, and we'll refine based on your feedback.

Think of it as sketching before building.
03
System Design
This is where we build your brand system.

We start with typography. Always. Type creates hierarchy and structure. Once the typography works, we add color, develop the logo system, and build out visual language. You'll see concepts, provide feedback, and we'll refine until the system feels right.

Not just until it looks good. Until it works.
04
Application & Testing
A brand system isn't finished until it's applied.

We design your core touchpoints: pitch deck templates, social assets, business cards, email signatures. Whatever your business actually uses.

This phase proves the system works in practice, not just in theory.
05
Delivery & Handoff
You get everything you need to use the system.

Complete brand guidelines (how to use everything), all logo files (every variation, every format), typography licenses, color specifications, design templates, and source files.

Plus a walkthrough session with your team so everyone knows how to use the system correctly.
06
Rollout Support
Need help launching?

We can guide you through implementation: website design, ongoing templates, launch materials. This is optional and priced separately, but it's there if you need it.

Most clients handle rollout internally. Some want our continued partnership. Both work.
Why Brand Systems Matter
Most B2B companies approach branding like a one-time project. They hire a designer, get a logo, maybe some business cards, and call it done. Then they scale. New team members. New services. New markets. And suddenly nothing looks consistent anymore.

That's the problem with brand identity without systems. We build the infrastructure first: clear rules, scalable frameworks, documented decisions. So when you grow, your brand grows with you.
